Defining the mission and vision, having difficult and awkward conversations with the team, understanding where we are going and where should I focus?
I read books on the subject, listened to podcasts. I had conversations with my partners about some of the challenges I mentioned above.
I will know how to see clearly where I need to take the company, what motivates and excites me, where to put my focus, I will be able to have difficult and embarrassing conversations because I avoid dealing with them. I will know how to lead the team better without doing the work for them.
I am 32 years old, married and have a 3 year old daughter, my wife is currently pregnant, I started my company 8 years ago with Ofir, my friend from the army, and then Alon, a childhood friend of Ofir, joined us. We each own 33 percent of the company. I am good friends before we are partners and that is the basis for everything for us. I live in Israel, I don't speak the best English but I am very ambitious and hungry, my dreams are big and I believe that there is no limit to the greatness I can achieve with my willpower and perseverance.
